Production Engineer

1. Issuing documents about engineering standards in the rapid production of products and changes, as well as controls to meet production and quality management requirements.
2.Issuing and controlling technical documents (including external documents)
3. Collection of laws and regulations related to goods
4. To make employees understand the terms and content of all kinds of work, such as understanding of working methods of production staff and the level of skill required by training staff.
5. Achievement of the objectives of each task.
6. Improvement of production engineering as much as possible productivity enhancement such as in the production line and drawing mold according to the customer's drawing, folding jig for new work.
7. Issuing technical documents according to customer requirements Inspection of samples and new products.
8. Conduct analysis of complaints from customers abnormalities in the process and in the production line along with finding corrective measures.
9. Observation, assessment and inspection to improve performance such as checking the control Important Process (Importance Point Chaech Sheet).
10. Continual improvements and actions to achieve goals such as taking on projects to help improve product quality.
11. Cooperate with Superior and Subordinate -Support JIT activity, VA/VE, QCC Activity .
12. Other job assigned by supervisors.
